Successful antipsychotic treatment can be complicated by metabolic and motor side effects. Clinicians as a whole are not as vigilant at monitoring metabolic side effects as is recommended by practice guidelines. The CCEIP Tool for Monitoring Antipsychotic Side Effects (TMAS) assists clinicians with screening and monitoring of metabolic and motor side effects of antipsychotics.
